Estonian Maritime Cluster (EMC) is a dynamic and innovative network of maritime industry professionals, companies, and organisations working together to promote the growth and innovation of Estonia’s maritime sector.
Our members are united by a shared passion for the sea, shipbuilding, marine technology, logistics, and related fields.
We aim to connect key players in the industry, foster collaboration, and support the development of cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges and opportunities facing the maritime sector.
With a strong focus on sustainability, digitalisation, and competitiveness, we strive to position Estonia as a leading hub for maritime excellence in the Baltic Sea region.

A competitive maritime industry, a sustainable fleet, an advanced network of ports, world-class maritime education, an open coastline, and Estonia as an attractive flag state will transform Estonia into a prosperous and successful maritime nation.
Mission
The Maritime Cluster operates to develop the maritime sector by promoting innovation and collaboration within the field. The cluster’s goal is to increase the share of maritime economy to 8%* of Estonia’s GDP by 2035 through cooperation between the private and public sectors.
